Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• If we arrive and are unable to access the property, the full amount for the scheduled service will be due.

Liability and Damages

• We exercise care and diligence when working in your home. In the rare event that damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours of service.
• KySam Elite Cleaning LLC is insured and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

Client Responsibilities

• Please ensure that personal and fragile items are safely secured before our visit.
• We do not handle heavy lifting, pest control, or hazardous materials.
• If pets are present, please make necessary arrangements to ensure our cleaners’ safety and your pets’ comfort.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.

Health and Safety

• Our team follows all relevant health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• If you or a household member is unwell, please notify us in advance, and we will be happy to reschedule the service.

Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
• If services are terminated by the client with fewer than 7 days’ notice before the next scheduled service, a 50% fee for that service will be charged.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you promptly.

Governing Law

• These terms and the relationship between KySam Elite Cleaning LLC and the client shall be governed by the laws of the state of Maine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Invoices

• The Business will invoice the Client after completion of each service, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the service.

Payment methods and Terms

• All payments are due upon completion of each service unless otherwise arranged. Invoices will be sent via email, and payments can be made through cash, check or card.

Service Schedule and Access

• You are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to your home at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
